WHAT WAS I THINKING!!

The Young Women came over and wanted to change their hair for the summer. They were freeking out because they have never dyed their hair before (hello it is a wash out) So of course they wanted me to do it to. I'm all about a good time and it is only hair so of course I was on board.





It was a lot brighter than I thought it would be. I spent a long time washing my hair till it was livable. It is also pretty easy to cover up (for church) just move my part!!!:)

Vicki did hers as well of course she is smart and didn't bleach hers first!!!!

July 4th Activities

July 4th activities started with kids going to a magic show. Followed by face painting, sliding on a blow up slid, ice cream, then over to Uncle Matts hanger to watch the fireworks. We ate, played cornhole and talked while we waited for the fireworks to start. (about 3 hours) It was a lot of fun being with friends and family!

Canada Day Party

Canada Day!!! July 1, 2010
Set up for the party! You know you are a red neck when instead of using a ladder to put up the flag Brent backs up the truck and climbs on top of the cab!!!

We had 3 tables of food but next year I think we will need another one for sure. There was so much food!

Noahs second year of T-ball

Noah is a good little ball player, he is fast, a good hitter and what a arm!! I loved watching his team play this year. They had a good coaches (sometimes it was dad) and no one was playing in the sand this year!

Grace first year of T-ball

Grace loves playing ball this year! She had two of her friends on the team Shad and Kowen. She is a good little hitter to! Before she asked everyday if she had ball tonight now she asks everyday "when is trophy night!" (Hope she gets one)

Twins

So Noah woke up in the morning got dressed in his usual shirt with camos. Grace came a while later dressed like this...She was so excited to be twins with her brother. But as you can see Noah wasn't as excited.

Lizard in my kitchen

This little guy almost gave me heart failure, luckily, Noah is a master catcher. I was walking into the kitchen and saw it run across the floor. I was screaming Noah came running. I moved the stove out of the way Noah got in crouching attack position and caught it. Then the lizard decided he wasn't having any part of it so he bit down on Noah's finger. Noah was screaming I was screaming, I slapped it off Noah and then the hunt was on again. Noah caught it again and now it is living on death row.
We laugh about it now but at the time there was a lot of screaming and Noah was mad at me because I told him lizards don't bit...oops! how was I suppose to know? I don't touch lizards:)
